Today is a very special day for me because I am announcing here and now the title and cover of my second autobiographical book, which will be released on January 12, 2024. I was so anxious to do this because your opinion means everything to me!!! 'The Woman with the Crooked Spine' is a book about feminine resilience that brings new stories, now from my adult phase, with all the ups and downs of life, not only with scoliosis but also with other significant challenges!
Just for you to understand the strength that this book has, in March 2023, I threw in the towel on the corporate world and refocused on my scoliosis awareness project, which I started 12 years ago. Right after that, I grabbed my old notebook (I've changed it now, folks, hahaha) and opened a blank page in Word. Without planning and any editorial scheme, I started writing the continuation of my life, from the moment the book 'The Girl with the Crooked Spine' ended. The writing process was inspirational, and it just flowed out of me smoothly and quickly. In about 3 months, the book was ready to present to a publisher. And that's what I did. I ran after it and found the partner I wanted so much to publish my second work: Viseu Publisher.
