For those who haven't had the opportunity to read it yet, in the book, I share my story with scoliosis during adolescence, as well as travels, love, friendships, and other challenges. Additionally, the book also features testimonials from other teenagers who have gone through scoliosis.

A little snippet from the chapter where I discovered my crooked spine:

"I remember that on the way home from the doctor's office, my parents were devastated. It was the second time we had seen the doctor, and the X-ray results were far from encouraging: a 28-degree deviation. He recommended six months of swimming, at least three times a week, and another X-ray afterward. I couldn't grasp the problem; I never thought it could be anything serious, and I was convinced that whatever it was, swimming would cure it. My parents tried to explain to me, they asked me to give my all in swimming, and I did try because, unlike ballet, I enjoyed swimming. If swimming didn't reduce or at least halt the growth of the deviation, we would have to consider another treatment. The brace. I have a trauma associated with that word."
